Account & Data Deletion – Souqna
1) In-app deletion
Open the app and follow: Settings → Delete Account.
2) Email request option
If you cannot access the app, send a request from your registered email to support@souqna.net.
3) What gets deleted
- Your account profile
- Your listings
- Your messages (where possible and technically feasible)
4) Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 7–30 days.
5) Legal retention notice
Some records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes as required by law.
