Souqna is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Souqna is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed items/services.
User Responsibilities

- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Prohibited Content
Users must not post illegal goods/services, fraudulent listings, hate content, harassment, explicit sexual content, copyrighted material without authorization, or any content that violates applicable law.
Account Termination Rules
Souqna may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or create security risks, with or without prior notice where legally permitted.
Intellectual Property
Souqna branding, logos, app content, and website materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their own content but grant Souqna a non-exclusive license to display it for service operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souqna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses related to user transactions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Souqna operates, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
